Fall Meditation
and Yoga Retreat at Ananda Liina
September 18-20, 2015
The Fall Retreat is a three day
gathering which includes chanting and
meditation, inspiring workshops, and the company
of yoga and meditation students from various
parts of the Midwest. If you want to
immerse yourself in an uplifting environment,
then join us for this retreat.
The Retreat starts on Friday
Evening at 6:00 PM and Ends on Sunday at
2:30 PM
The program will include:

Dharmacakras (collective chanting and
meditation)
n
Classes and workshops on meditation, spiritual
and social philosophy
n Yoga
asana classes
n
Cultural programs: sharing music, poetry, etc.
n
Nature walks and tour of the eco-community

What to bring: Blanket/mat
for asanas - Notebook and pen - Musical
instruments. If you stay the night: Sleeping bag
- Flashlight - Towel & only bio-degradable
toiletries, please. Drugs, alcohol and tobacco
are not allowed on premises.
Fees and registration:
General fee for full attendance: $150, Students:
$90 Children 5-12 : $60
If you live in the Champaign-Urbana and
surrounding area and would like to attend the
full retreat but sleep in your own home then
deduct 10% from the fees above.
If you are only able to attend
parts of the program then here are the fees:
Friday: $30
Saturday: $100
Sunday: $50
We have room for 30 participants
and pre-registration is required.
